PSI Waste Systems

To whom it may concern,
This is my response to the assertion that PSI Waste sent me a prorated check for $on June I have not
received any check from PSI Waste as of this time
On November 19, 2015, I paid *** *** the sum of $for a year’s worth of weekly garbage removal from my home in Idaho Falls. I contracted with them to remove my trash for an entire year. *** *** charged me for months with one month free equaling months. This made for a total of $per quarter
On March 1, 2016, PSI Waste purchased *** ***. I was hesitant about this purchase because of a prior problem I had with them (PSI) which led me to contract with *** *** during the month of February 2015. However, I did go forth with them (PSI) only because they told me over the phone that they were going to do business with the same protocols as did *** *** *** *** did not take holidays off and they picked up the trash by 8:AM on their scheduled day. During the holiday of May 30, 2016, there was no trash pickup. Everyone on our block was used to holiday trash pickup, that they all put out their cans the night before. On May 31, 2016, I called PSI and cancelled my contract with them. The person on the phone explained that it would not be before July 1, before they could get a check out to me for my refund. She told me that it had to go through Corporate to be issued.
As of yet I have not received any money from PSI for any amount. When I cancelled my contract with PSI, the term was only half used. It is my belief that PSI owes me $88.00. I do not know where the assertion that they only owe me $and they have not sent me any check yet for any amount.
I have already been to the small claims court and was informed of what and how to do business. I believe that if I do not receive a check by the end of July, I shall file a claim

July 30, 2016 On Saturday, July 30, 2016, I received a check from Waste Connections, Inc. for the sufficient amount of my refund.  The check, dated July 15, 2016, and the postmark on the envelope was July 27, 2016 in the PM, and it was routed through Salt Lake City, UT.  This will satisfy my complaint as far as the refund is involved.  However, I did not care for the person answering my complaint stating that they sent a prorated check for the quarter on June 13 for $18.55.  If one has to lie about a refund, it is my contention that they are not very good business operators.  This not only looks bad for their company, but for their primary owners, Waste Connections, Inc. based out of The Woodlands, Texas.  Please relay this to PSI Waste Systems, Inc. of Idaho Falls, ID.My thanks to the Revdex.com for your help on this matter.

We did sent him a prorated check for the quarter on June 13th for $18.55.
