We pulled up to the scale, our weight was registered at 6200, and the attendant inside was unresponsive to our presenceWe saw the sign that said "Do not sit on yellow scale", so we did notWe assumed our weight was registered

On Aug 3, we brought over tons of steel to this location A check was issued to us and we proceeded to *** of *** to cash this check We were told by the bank on Friday that this check was issued on a line of credit and they could not cash the check to bring it back to PSCSince PSC was closed we waited until Monday to call After the run around (employees) we are finally told to bring the check back and cash will be given Since we live about miles away, we did not have time to drive that distance On Tuesday, we made the trip only to be told they could not issue cash on the spot to go back to the bank Even though we finally at 3pm cashed the check It should not have taken phone calls and another trip to Knoxville to cash this check Your bank account should be in order so that this doesn't happen again

They were closing ten minutes early the guys working non ferrous Dept threw my receipt at me and this is not the first time this has happened to meI also believe I'm being ripped off and not paid the right amountThese two guys have serious attitude problems and treat only certain people respectfullyI do not appreciate the rudeness of that I have endured by your employeesI also do not appreciate the fact I'm being charged wrong
