I personally responded to MrP***On each occaison I apologizedMr P [redacted] was looking to get his car serviced for freeThe sensors that went off are all mileage driven and relate to a wheel speed sensorWe repaired it for free for MrP***The other issue was Mr P [redacted] was abusive to one of our employees and we asked to not return
The reason the car was here for a month is the guest would not decide what to doWe only looked at the car onceThe guest decided to turn it into their insurance company who totaled and compensated the guestThe rodent problem did not occur here, it happened where the guest stored their car Fixing the alternator and battery allowed the vehicle to be drivenThat was the customers concern not how bad their rodent problem was

Revdex.com: that is not true at all. When I dropped my car off I told brian k[redacted] to check for rodent damage that may be causing an electrical issue. I was in contact with brian daily. He knew I was going to file a claim if he found rodent damage. He kept checking for proof of a rodent. I dont believe he checked at all, because nissan of mentor found proof of a rodent after having the car for 6 hours. Brian k[redacted] told me that replacing the battery and alternator would fix the car, not only make it drivable. The car came into preston with a rodent problem.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
