I received a voicemail from [redacted] on Friday afternoonThis was the first attempt to contact meI was unaware she was not being contactedHer refund has very little to do with the manufacturerWe had several Model Sunits come back for various reasons at the same timeSome required software, some could not do what our clients were hoping for, one needed a new power supplyBecause we had several units come back all at the same time, we demanded the supplier come to our offices and work it out with our technical people and our clientsA total of units required refunds, which were processed a couple of weeks agoWe had always intended to release the refund to [redacted] because of her situation (ie it did not matter if the manufacturer was going to credit us or not)Because her unit was part of a larger scope, we got the manufacturer involved She should have her refund check any day
We are awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer on the approved creditAs soon as the credit is approved, which I will insist be no later than Monday, I will process the refund immediatelyThis is a little different than normal, because it was a brand new machine from an Original Equipment

Only after my complaint,was there any mention of needing to go
To the manufacturer for refund. I was told that when equipment was
Checked in and determined in working order that the refund would be processed.
I have sent emails and voice mails trying to resolve this issue. It is now monday
When in the response from providian to Revdex.com, is when they said would be complete.
I still can not get thru to speak to anyone.
