The company charged me for a shipment that was not delivered as promised. The company was unable to provide a proof of delivery and has refused to issue a refund or ship a replacement product.Product_Or_Service: Probiotic CompleteOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would either like for them to deliver the goods as promised or issue a refundBusiness Response [redacted] package was mailed out on 8/30 and according to [redacted], it was delivered on 9/1. We put a trace on the package as soon as the customer called and let us know that he did not receive the shipment as stated by the post office. [redacted] investigations take 10 days. We sent a replacement out overnight to the customer today as [redacted] still has not gotten back to us on the status of the investigation. replacement will be sent [redacted] to ensure more reliable delivery. We called and apologized to the customer for the delay and let him know that in the future, he can always call us back for a status on orders or problems as we will do our best to resolve them right away.
On November 23, 2014, I placed an order on-line on their Complementary Prescriptions web site, a ProThera company. I paid for this order with my debit card and per my bank statement, they received the payment on November 24, 2014. I have not received this order though they have been paid. On December 5, after I had contacted them as to why I had not received the products nor any information from them advising as to the status/shipment of the order, the following is their emailed response: "It looks like you ordered CP7451 Calcium Magnesium and CP2510 Digestive Aid on this order. While I dont have an exact date on both items they are both saying they should be ready to ship early December so they should be ready to ship anytime. Backorders are shipped just as soon as the product is available. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you and have a nice day! On their web-site under "My Account", they have notated this order as "Complete".Product_Or_Service: Nutritional SupplementsOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI want a refund of the money I paid them in good faith of timely receiving the products I ordered from them but have not gotten.Final Consumer Response The order I placed and paid for on November 23, 2014 was finally delivered on January 2, 2015. They did not offer an apology for failing to provide quick shipment and stellar customer service that they state they do on their web site. Needless to say I will not order from them again.
