If needed I can provide proof of the death in the family so the death is a fact it's no liePro tech tried to contact the customer one voicemail was left day prior to closingIn the original complaint the customer request money back or job completedWe said we will pay all money back that is due to the customerWe are offering the refund requested I do not understand how we are not complying.b If the customer does not want the refund what ever he wants we will do

ProTech:I am responding to the complaint filed about a flood claimed to be caused by work performed by pro techI would like to first point out that a washing machine can not be the cause of a flood unless a water line was to be brokenThat is not the case stated by the customerA washing machine if had a drain issue would not let the water pump out of the unit into the drain lineIf the water was to back up and cause a flood as stated then that would mean when the washer went into the drain cycle it would pump the water out of the unit into the drain line that is part of the house. Customer:I was not aware of ANY issues with the washer /dryer unitThat is why I called ProTechTheir job was to diagnose the machine for whatever problem the tenant was having with the unitIf Pro Tech didn't run the machine through a full cycle, then how can they claim that " when the washer went into the drain cycle it would pump the water out of the unit into the drain line"? ProTech:a washing machine will go through a cleaning cycle then pump out the dirty water into the drain pipe of the houseIf the water was to back up causing a flood again that would be a issue with the homes plumbing" Customer: This company did NOT bother to run a full cycle to even be able to determine if the unit was performing at all levelsOnly then could ProTech have concluded that water was being stopped by house plumbing.

In response to the customers complaint the statement about being in prison for [redacted] is false. As far as the job is concerned [redacted] a technition that works for me was out to diagnose the unit. He ordered a part and I went back to instal it. However the unit ended up having the door lock locked in...

the closed position due to the faulty main board. I called and left a voicemail explaining the updated information and did not hear back from him. Pro tech is a small family ran and operated company. Not long ago our grandfather became terminally ill. He was given 30 days to live, and passed away shortly after We had the secretary call all open repairs and explaine that we would be closed for three weeks. The customer mentions calling my partner [redacted]. Again [redacted] is a tech that works for me. He wouldn't be answering the calls for pro tech so calling him was useless. On our company voicemail we also explained we were closed and why. If the customer was calling he would of heard the voicemail and hopefully understood and at least tried to make sure he was calling the right number. I did not get any voicemails from him if I did I would of responded. We have great reviews and our customers like us very much. If we were the type of company he portrays us to be we probably would not be in buisness. I would like for the customer to supply his receipt and I will at that point go over it deduct what he owes for services provided and refund the rest back to him thank you. [redacted]

a drain issue would not let the water pump out of the unit into the drain line. If the water was to back up and cause a flood as stated then that would mean when the washer went into the drain cycle it would pump the water out of the unit into the drain line that is part of the house. If water was to back up and flood that is a issue with the plumbing in the home,Not a issue with the washing machine itself. Again a washing machine will go through a cleaning cycle then pump out the dirty water into the drain pipe of the house. If the water was to back up causing a flood again that would be a issue with the homes plumbing. We do not work on the plumbing of a home. It is a total different field than appliance repair. If the washer drained and pumped the water into the drain pipe than at that point the washer is working exactly as it should. If the water was to back up and cause a flood again there is a issue with the plumbing. It is not something that we would of known about or seen during the diagnose of a appliance issue. Also it is not something that we would Repair or know how to repair. As you can see we do not have customers on here making complaints and that is because we make our customers happy. If a issue does happen that we are responsible for in anyway we stand behind it and do what ever it is that the customer would like to make them happy. However if a customer has a issue that we are not responsible for and had nothing to do with the cause of the issue than there is nothing we can do. I would like to point out one more time that the issue the customer is saying that we are responsible for is impossible for us to be th cause of. It is just not possible for this complaint to be caused by our repair.

I must have called pro tech appliance over a dozen times, never heard back. Left numerous messages. Never heard any voicemail to the effect that of a death in the family. Read the review on [redacted] for yourself to see his alleged involvement in something nefarious. Has ProTech made any efforts to contact me to fix the problem? no. It has been over a month.
