ADVERTISEMENT
Called ProSource to inspect my roof after a vent cover blew off. Made 1st appointment, they never showed up. Called back, apologies, etc. Made second appointment, never showed up. Tried to reach owner several times, left message, etc. Never called back. Apparently this job might have been too "small" (read: not profitable enought) to pay attention to.
