ProSource of Tempe

First complaint I ordered tile flooring and 6 bags of thin set got to showroom in Tempe and they only had the thin set then they told me my tile was across town in west phoenix on 28th avenue and Virginia. Next and the biggest complaint of them all is when I went to pick up more tile which was about 8 boxes. Employee on a fork lift decided that he was too lazy to unload the tile of boxes and proceeded to put 8 boxes of tile on a huge pellet which obviously would not fit into my small pick up. I told him to stop he continued as he scratched the side walls of my small truck and on top of that hit the tailgate of my pickup with the fork lift. Left numerous scratches and dings on my tailgate. Called and spoke to a Janet J[redacted] who contacted the
General Manager a Mr. Rick S[redacted] who responded with "oh well she can call her insurance and put in a claim". Yes and who will pay for my $500.00 deductible on my insurance me it was not my fault.
