Pro Select Auto,has chosen to not refund deposit on a legal contract that Pro Select Auto decided to cancell[redacted] has given every possible chance for Pro Select Auto to make a refund available but yet refuse to do so after days of holding downpayment hostage making [redacted] escalate the matter into a civil action lawsuit when all that Pro Select Auto had to do was return monies that was no longer theirs due to the fact that they cancelled contract.it seems this is a plan of business for Pro Select Auto to bump up their profit from unsuspecting customers Regards, Ricardo Ibarra

ON THE 03/24/*** *** CALL US ASKING IF THERE WAS WARRANTY LEFT ON HER CHRYSLER SHE HAD BOUGHT FROM US LAST YEAR AND WE REPLY NOLATER THE AFTERNOON SHE WAS HERE TO BUY A PICK UPSHE PURCHASED A PICK UP AND THE NO MENTION OF A TRADE INWE ARE DEEPLY THAT IS SHE NOT HAPPY AT THIS
POINT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO.
I am rejecting this response because: a trade was mentioned at initiation of call before drive was made out to FT Worth
