I am rejecting this response because: It does not address the main issueI did send [redacted] at 2kPerformance an email asking to return the coilovers before the thirty days was up, as he noted, on Oct3rdThe date of the invoice is NOT the date of the installation; the installation happened in SeptemberAs per ***, "my response to you at 11:13am thursday october 3, was that we wanted you to be happy and that would do whatever we needed to get you taken care of." No steps were taken to get me "taken care of." In addition, the email of Oct3rd was the first time I expressed dissatisfaction electronically; I had, as noted, expressed my dissatisfaction the same day that I first drove it after the coilover installationNothing was done about it This also does not address the issue of the spark plug installation that was not done I did not mention the ordering of the wrong brakes and rotors in my complaint as I felt satisfied with being refunded; that was a separate transactionThe brakes were just one issue that was resolved out of many In addition, I am now being accused of slander by 2KPerformance when my review only included factual information about my dealings with them In conclusion, no resolution has been attained and 2KPerformance have resorted to: ambiguity by using the date of the invoice, not the installation, to mislead me and the Revdex.com, misrepresentation by using an unrelated previously resolved issue as evidence of resolving the issues in my original complaint, cherry-picking data to deflate my claim, and ad hominem by falsely accusing me of slander Sincerely, [redacted]
I am writing in regard to a complaint filed against my company ID#[redacted]
">I performed an insurance repair job for [redacted] summer of in which a roof leak had caused extensive damageInsurance agreed to pay for specific things as they always doThe skylights were discussed and I clearly stated to customer that they should probably be replaced but they would cost a lot extraThese extra cost would not be covered by insuranceThe home owner stated that she did not have any extra money for this project
It was decided by both the customer and I that we would try and salvage the existing sky lights on the home
This was years ago and my opinion is the awful winter we had in early caused the cheap plastic sky light to crack and leak
My company is in no way responsible for cheap sky lights leaking or years after they had been worked onI estimate the sky lights to be approximately years old
I would like to request approximate year in which the sky lights were purchased for this homeAlso request the homeowner provide original receipt and warranty information on sky lights
The final statement in her complaint is correctThe insurance would not pay for the skylight to be replaced as they declined to pay in the first place
The desired settlement is to have her "roof repaired correctly" and it is clearly a skylight issueIs this customer requesting that I replace a bad sky light? or remove a sky light that went bad years after work had been completed?
Please let me know if you need anymore info on this matterIn my opinion this needs to be resolved in small claims court
Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because:
It does not address the main issue. I did send [redacted] at 2kPerformance an email asking to return the coilovers before the thirty days was up, as he noted, on Oct. 3rd. The date of the invoice is NOT the date of the installation; the installation happened in September. As per [redacted], "my response to you at 11:13am thursday october 3, 2013 was that we wanted you to be happy and that would do whatever we needed to get you taken care of." No steps were taken to get me "taken care of." In addition, the email of Oct. 3rd was the first time I expressed dissatisfaction electronically; I had, as noted, expressed my dissatisfaction the same day that I first drove it after the coilover installation. Nothing was done about it.
This also does not address the issue of the spark plug installation that was not done.
I did not mention the ordering of the wrong brakes and rotors in my complaint as I felt satisfied with being refunded; that was a separate transaction. The brakes were just one issue that was resolved out of many.
In addition, I am now being accused of slander by 2KPerformance when my review only included factual information about my dealings with them.
In conclusion, no resolution has been attained and 2KPerformance have resorted to: ambiguity by using the date of the invoice, not the installation, to mislead me and the Revdex.com, misrepresentation by using an unrelated previously resolved issue as evidence of resolving the issues in my original complaint, cherry-picking data to deflate my claim, and ad hominem by falsely accusing me of slander.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company did pay for the damages that were to my roof. But there were lies that Ryan has made about our conversation. My son wanted the skylights removed. I did not. I asked Ryan as the contractor if the windows would be ok. He told me that when fixed correctly that there was no need to worry about them leaking, additionally he added that they should fine and not to let that be the issue to keep or remove the above sky lights. To remove the lights would have been a simple fill in with studs and roofing no added expensive costs. Insurance would have paid for whatever we did. If he would have suggested new windows at the time the insurance would have paid for those as well. This was at the time of getting the estimate. I was assured they would be fine. That is the reason that they were left in the ceiling.
He also told me he guaranteed his work. I was not going to go any further with this until he did his story and said the few lies he has given. There was no reason to lie, the roof just needed fixed. He had agreeded to fix my roof then said he was too busy and wanted me to have someone else fix the roof and he would give me the money. Then he backed out and would not respond. I felt I had no choice to turn this in, but there are No hard feelings on my part, I just wanted my job completed and done correctly. He did a good job otherwise. Just stand by your work that's all the consumers want in return. No fighting or smartness.
I don't want this to be a fight, I have the money to have my roof fixed and will not use him in the future. I just want the truth stated. I am not out to get anyone. A mistake is a mistake...it does happen. Just own it.

Im sorry for the issue at hand, if this issue was brought into our shop to allow us to send back the faulty suspension in a timely manor then we would have no problem with offering a refund to the customer as a satisfaction issue, the original purchase date as per the invoice attached to the...

"Hey [redacted],
Looks like we have no idea when the hood is coming... Can we go ahead and schedule the rest of the work? I already installed the RMM so I just need the calipers painted (gloss black) and the rotors and pads swapped. Maybe Dan can throw on my front clip and lip, too, so I'll just have to come back for the hood.
Thanks!"
on 10/09/2013 you requested a refund for the brake parts that were ordered for your vehicle saying they were wrong but were since they had just arrived from the distributor we had no problem refunding you in full and absorbing the cost of the restocking fee ourselves. you were refunded 568.90 on check number 1031 for customer satisfaction.
we didnt hear from customer again until february 14th when you requested the vehicle build images be removed from our website. shortly after receiving a slanderous review on yelp.com.
I would like to resolve this matter hopefully through the helpful mediation of the Revdex.com to come up with a fair solution to both parties.
