Dear Ms [redacted] ; First of all I would like to apologize for the delay in answering this complaintWe have just gone through the turn at UT which is always a challengeI will respond to her complaints in the order she addressed themNotice for Possession I understand that Ms [redacted] doesn't want to move; and given her complaints about PMT I find that surprisingIn any event we are not required to give any reason for wanting possession of the property only that the proper notice be givenThis notice was given on June 17, giving her over months to vacate when we are only required to give her daysThis was to allow her more time to find new housing which she did not take advantage ofI have attached a copy of the notice given(Exhibit #1) Deposit Refund Ms [redacted] mentions in her complaint that she fears her deposit will be withheldMs [redacted] obtained her deposit from the Salvation ArmyThey require that any remaining deposit be returned to them so Ms [redacted] would not be receiving any of the deposit refund herselfI have enclosed a copy of their Intent to Lease form(Exhibit #2) Maintenance Man Ms [redacted] had requested maintenance and indicated it was causing damage to the propertyOnce a maintenance request is called in regarding damage to the property someone is dispatched immediatelyOur maintenance person did go to the property and was verbally accosted and refused to return without someone else present which did occur after the original meetingAs far as her comment about him being under the influence of something...Kyle has worked for me over the past year and I have never witnessed him acting anything other than professional and I have had no other complaints from the other residents we haveI feel like this has addressed her complaintShould you need to speak with me regarding this matter please feel free to contact my officeSincerely, [redacted]

filed my complaint. It took an entire month of constant calling and emailing before anything was done. However, the account has nevertheless been fixed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that although untrue, the end result is satisfactory.
