My son contacted WEB 7 DESIGN, because he was wanting to have a web-site he could make m ney with. The representative we spoke to Alysha told him the cost would be 115.00 and that everything would be included for a whole year including some advertising. She assured us there would be NO OTHER FEE'S. But" two days later {April 18th, 2014} [redacted] called telling my son that he would not get his web-site advertised or a personalized site if he didn't approve a $500.00 fee. He was bullied for approval. When I got home I called and talked to Steven who assured me that the cancellation would be processed. As for the site it was never designed for the servers according to them were having problems. It has never worked, and now they are not answering there phones. [redacted] the operator advised us to file a dispute with our bank like we were in the process of doing. She also hinted at the fact that they were closing there doors...

All monies have been refunded.

On November 20,2015 I called PMI Fox Valley Management Service inquiring about the home in which I submitted a 25$ online application fee.
I was immediately met with rudeness and aggression. The Man who took the call was hostile and unreceptive to my plight. He dismissed me and told me that he would give my number to his assistant Karen then he hung up on me.
When Karen called me back ,I patiently explained that I was humiliated and incredibly angered by this behavior. Someone with such poor people skills and a lack of common courtesy should not work in customer service. Karen was very apologetic to his behavior and was willing to refund my 25$.
