I am responding to the complaint receive from the prior tenant She moved into our complex on 11/17/and turned in a days notice to vacate the premises on 12/05/For a move out date of 01/05/The tenant has received a refund of her security deposit owed to her as she owed back rent
and that was deducted from her security depositHer security deposit due payable to her was paid in a timely manner within the days after move out abiding by our monthly contract signed by *** ***My company performed due diligence with the previous tenantMy company also gave her days free rent in the unitAccording to the tenants days notice filed with my company she decided to move due to health issues she did not specifically disclose in detailThere was never a complaint made on her behalf of rodents are pest as we take pride with the habitability of our buildingOur company treats every tenant equally and her complaint of being bullied is a accusation I have personally received emails from *** *** threatening to sue the company under pretenseI believe that her suing was her intention from the beginning is to be apart of a lawsuit scheme as later discovering her brother who currently resides at another complex that I manage has an active lawsuit case open
I am rejecting this response because: I have copies of my complaints of rats and roaches. Oven not being repaired. Actually 30 day notice was to move out on 12.30.2017 but I elected to move earluer on 12.27.17. Could no longer take it. Plus I did notify [redacted] and gave her the keys. I have my rent receipt. No scheme. Just a landlord who did not fix original apartment on [redacted]hat had a fire. Initial deposit was held and I never moved in to the unit because they held deposit with a promose from Mr. [redacted] that he was to expedite to remodeling of burn unit. No scheme it took all of 5 minutes to give you the deposit and have to fight to get whai is mine. I want my money. I have my receipts. You have sewage problems as well city of sacramento has been out their with code enforcement. I was even afraid to drink your raw water.
