We apologize, the record rains of May and June this year put a much heavier and challenging workload on personnel. It was not our intention for your request to be ignored. The moisture readings for 5 days were sent to the insurance adjuster...

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not completely satisfied. I am not convinced that it took 6 days of fans and dehumidiying, nor am I convinced that the units and moisture were checked over the week end. Unfortunately I was not at my home over the weekend so I have no way to prove they checked on Saturday and Sunday to see if these two days needs the machinary.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/09/01) */
The fans were only billed for 5 days, not 6 that is mentioned. We opened the job late Wednesday. Called in 3rd party to test for asbestos on Thursday (per Colorado State Law). On Friday the 12th after receiving negative results from the lab regarding asbestos we began demolition. We power washed the area on Friday making the property 100% wet. The equipment was left over the weekend to dry and equipment was picked up on Monday. The average drying time takes anywhere from 3-5 days after power washing.
