In regards to the the complaint listed, we would like to provide clarity to the whole situationThis particular project was a 203k streamline rehab through Meridian Bank in which they gave an initial deposit of 50% of the total projectWhile my guys were in there working, the homeowner requested to have an additional scope of work done above and beyond the original contract priceIt was much to our surprise to find out that after 90% of the additional work was completed, that the homeowner did not have the money to pay for the additional work done, nor did they intend to pay for it.At this point we are on hold because we now know that we will not be receiving payment for services renderedIn conclusion, we have also been in contact with Meridian Bank to make them aware of the situation as well
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below These are lies Additional monies were paid to the contractor for work that has not been completed or performed I have the receipts to prove it The original contract was signed over a year ago and has been in breach for over six months now Many of the materials for this project were paid out of my own pocket I also have emails, text messages, video footage and voice mails to substantiate my claim No additional work outside of the agreed upon work was performed The renovations at my home ARE NOT 90% complete Not even 50% The contractor is retaliating after I made complaints to my mortgage company, the Revdex.com, and the Attorney General's office for his poor service and workmanship I have been ripped off In addition, my realtor is his wife, who played a part in recommending him which is unethical and illegal This matter will move forward to court where I will be able to present all evidence My goal, win or lose, is to make sure he NEVER preys on anyone again Respectfully,
