The Propel Foot Clubhouse is warrantied for days from date of purchase by the store or vendor that the product was purchased from Additionally, Propel Trampolines offers a 90-day warranty from date of purchase for manufacturing defects (the customer purchased the clubhouse in 2016, about a year ago) It is clearly stated on the box that the clubhouse fits Propel Brand Trampolines Also, our vendor’s website states: “The trampoline clubhouse only fits Kinetic and Propel 15-Foot Trampolines with enclosure poles.” The pictures that the customer sent in her 10-28-email show the clubhouse on her trampoline, which is not a Propel Brand or Kinetic Brand Trampoline Additionally, the Safety Warnings on the front of the box and in the user manual include: “Remove before stormy weather or precipitation.” The customer said in her 10-25-email that the damage occurred from rain

about a year ago).   It is clearly stated on the box that the clubhouse fits Propel Brand Trampolines.  Also, our vendor’s website states:  “The trampoline clubhouse only fits Kinetic and Propel 15-Foot Trampolines with 6 enclosure poles.”  The pictures that the customer sent in her 10-28-2017 email show the clubhouse on her trampoline, which is not a Propel Brand or Kinetic Brand Trampoline.      Additionally, the Safety Warnings on the front of the box and in the user manual include: “Remove before stormy weather or precipitation.”  The customer said in her 10-25-2017 email that the damage occurred from rain.
