I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted]
We have made an attempt to call [redacted] We have also sent a professional concrete mason to this address to check the damageAs he examined, we were not the ones who did the damage, there is clear snow plow damage to the concrete which was not caused by Pro Pave
ProPave has been in touch with [redacted] and informed her that on August 23, we will be at her home to remove the existing asphalt driveway and replace the Binder
Thomas the owner will be taking a look at this propertyBut every single driveway we do, we give the customers a "care sheet"According to #on the care sheet "On occasion weeds and grass will grow through the asphaltThe County Agricultural Deptsuggests you use a weed killerWe cannot be
responsible for this and suggest you contact the County of Agriculture Deptfor further information." Thank you, Vanessa Administrator Pro Pave Professional Paving
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
In regards to Pro Pave's response it seems strange to me that my
numerous requests to have somebody come look at the driveway and discuss
the problem, nobody cameExcept the guy who came to put more sealer
down and said that would not fix the problem, but would have to discuss
the issue with his bossIt seems that they must of come by to look at
the driveway because they said it is the best looking driveway on the
streetI am going to attempt to repair the driveway myself, although I
am not a paver or a landscaperIf they would of responded to my first
call to discuss the problem, maybe all of this could have been avoided
They said weeds growing is an uncommon problem and I did not think it
would happen so fastIn closing, if anybody would like to come and look
at the driveway, it's *** *** ***, SyracuseRegards, *** ***
Our apologizes for the error. The wrong work order was pulled which resulted in the wrong driveway being sealed. The ***'s are clients of ours but they had not called to have their driveway sealed. We realize the error on our part and do not expect any payment from the **

Revdex.com complaint ID[redacted] dated 06/21/16 In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaints about his driveway, first let us say not only does Mr. [redacted] have a "decent looking driveway", he has the best looking driveway on his street. There is no solution to weeds growing in on the edges. It is...
not a common problem, but it does happen from time to time. Mr. [redacted] was warned about this in his "Care Sheet" that was provided to him when he was billed for the installation of his driveway. (we have provided a copy for your review) The county Agricultural Dept. suggests Weed Killer and we leave that up to the Homeowner as we are pavers and not landscapers. Also, Mr. [redacted]'s lawn is overgrown and is not properly trimmed at driveway. We do not feel we did anything wrong and that is why we refused to Seal his driveway for free. If Mr. [redacted]'s driveway was unusable, we would be happy to make it right, but Mr. [redacted] is using his driveway and parks on it everyday. ProPave contracted to give him a driveway that he could use for years to come and that is exactly what we did. ProPave feels we have completed out contractural obligation to Mr. [redacted].
ProPave has been in touch with [redacted] and informed her that on August 23, 2016 we will be at her home to remove the existing asphalt driveway and replace the Binder.

[redacted], has wrongfully explained the situation of what had happened. Though yes we are in the most busiest time of year, we came, completed the job as to what she asked. We never even charged her extra for the crack fill like we normally do. She was a very rude and angry when spoken to,...
stressing out the Sealing manager, whom is pregnant by 6 months by yelling at her and hanging up on her. Vanessa never treats any customers with disrespect and always goes above and beyond. Making sure they are fully taken care of and satisfied. She wouldn't let anyone explain and ordered to only talk to the owner when someone else in the office was trying to help her. The owner is the one who showed up, on a Sunday when we don't work, to fill the cracks that she continued to complain about. We sent out the invoice with the original amount that was due and what she was quoted for 170$. She was never charged more or less. Vanessa explained she could always pay in cash NOT check to avoid tax or even with a credit card. Payment did not have to be due the same day, Pro Pave understands customers who cant pay with in the 3 days after job is done and we don't penalize anyone for not paying, we are very understanding. Diane had not payed us till 9/12/2017. [redacted] needs to understand we did everything we quoted her for, and the owner himself took care of the driveway and made sure it came out the way it was suppose to.
