To Whom This May Concern, Pronto Plumbing came out to *** *** *** *** on Sunday August 2nd to install a customer provided garbage disposalProntos technician left no warranty on installation service for this service and homeowner signed contract knowing that there was no
warranty. Prontos technician left no warranty on service due to the fact we could not guarantee the home owners product Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Inchas every technician have the homeowner sign a contract agreement for every service performedOn our contract Pronto has the homeowner sign a section that states "I am satisfied with the work performed and 1) there is no physical damage caused by Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Incor 2) any damage caused by Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Inchas been taken care of to my satisfaction" The homeowner signed the invoice and that particular section . Pronto Plumbing received a call on Tuesday August 4th from homeowner stating that there was a problem with the garbage disposalOur technician came out and replaced a sharkbite that was leaking from a 1/4" plastic to copper linePronto Plumbing replaced a shark bite and stopped leakPronto left days warranty on this new labor and part that is not part of the garbage disposal. The homeowner once again signed the contract and that particular section "I am satisfied with the work performed and 1) there is no physical damage caused by Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Incor 2) any damage caused by Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Inchas been taken care of to my satisfaction". Pronto can only assume that the reason the sharkbite leaked is due to high pressure for that locationIts a old and preexisting line that our technician did not touchThe leak occurred after two days which should have leaked right after the technician leftPlease review photo for leak. Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Incwill not refund the customer since we do not think that we caused damage to the homeowners plumbingThe homeowner was satisfied with both services provided. no warranty. Prontos technician left no warranty on service due to the fact we could not guarantee the home owners product.  Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Inc.. has every technician have the homeowner sign a contract agreement for every service performed. I believe Pronto Plumbing & Drains took advantage of my elderly parent. My parent called because a toilet tank was not refilling with water quickly after flushing. There was no problem with the bowl eliminating completely once there was enough water in the tank to flush it. The Tank refill valve needed to be replaced which makes sense for $95, but she was also charged $195 to snake a drain that was not clogged.

Hi [redacted],Pronto Plumbing & Drains, Inc. still stands on our former response. As a manager, I can refund 10% of the job or offer a $25 refund to any dissatisfied customer.  Our tech suspects that the pressure of the house could have been a factor of the leak to the preexisting line. If your interested in replacing your pressure regulator Pronto Plumbing would credit invoice #34345 in the amount of $150.00. to the total service. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank You,[redacted]

I didn't complain about the disposal. I complained about a line behind the disposal. A slow leak can take hours to form, and gets faster over time. That is a fact I learned aboard a ship that I was stationed on. For someone to say they didn't do it sounds like my kids when they were young. Thanks for your help.
