In regards to case # ***, no further information can be provided to the complainteeCustomer information listed on the complaint is *** *** who is not the Pronto Auto Policy (***) owner or even listed as a driver in the policyInformation about the Auto policy is privileged only to the owner or those listed drivers
That may be the reason why our sales representative told *** *** that she could not discuss information about the policy with him
Just to clarify, we normally send by mail a "cancellation notice" to all of our insurance customers to notify when their payment will be dueThis notice includes a disclaimer that states: "If you already made the payment, please disregard this notice"

My wife was involved in an accident weeks after surgery not her faultPronto denied claim because she had been in the hospital and wasn't able to send payment on time and was past grace period by a dayOk so we paid $to get vehicle repaired and vowed not to let it happen againWe walk in to local office and updated all paperwork and asked for best policy which included personal injury, full coverage, towingThe worksTurns out I had and accident recently and they say I have no PIP and offer to total my nice truck and let me keep it with $Bad all aroundFiling with *** ** *** now

Not so "Pronto Insurance Co." I have been with Pronto Ins for about yrs now and just recently submitted a claimIt took over a week before the appraiser even went to the body shop and another week before paper work was sent back to get started on the repairsIt took over weeks before I got my car back and over weeks before I received my rental reimbursement check, which btw they said would take only 48hrsThese people never once called me back, I was always the one to callThey are slow and unsympathetic to their customers needsAs soon as I got my check and car back, I dropped them like a hot potato and went back to a well known, friendly, knowledgeable, reputable insurance companyAlthough Pronto was cheaper in the beginning, I paid for it in the end Would NEVER recommend Pronto Insto anybody!

My vehicle was totaled and I was given a low ball offer settlementThe total loss adjuster gave me an offer for a base model vehicle with no optionsThey refuse to properly input the options the vehicle hadWhich will increase the fair market valueI was told I have no choice but to accept this offer, I refused naturallyI received an email with an offer of $more, this was because a premium sound system was put on the claimThe adjuster also sent me a screen shot of the NADA priceThis confirmed my original theory, they did not put the other options my car hasIt's been difficult contacting someone in this companyThey don't answer calls once the claim is considered a total loss

Stay away from this insurance company I got into an accident with a person that had this insurance, and I had a horrible experience with them As the other reviewer stated, it is impossible for one to reach these people when you file a claim I was ignored for two months straight by the claim handler, *** *** I tried contacting her supervisor, I got no response from her either I sent emails, and I was also ignored *** *** sent the initial check to the incorrect address, so the check was returned to them, and when they claimed they sent it back, it has taken at least days, and still counting as of today, to arrive I finally was able to find the correct supervisor's name, and she did not respond to me either, but she probably was able to force her to contact me When I called initially to get a rental car, they told me they do not provide a rental car at all, which was a big inconvenience They probably do this, so they won't get stuck with big bills from car rentals as they take for ever to provide services to customers They are very unprofessional, do not care, and have no urgency at all As of today, I still have not received my vehicle, which has been ready at the shop for the past three weeks Therefore, I suggest you find another insurance instead
