The water feature that customer stated was not working properly, was install more than a year agoCustomer call us and told us about the problem, I send [redacted] which is the person that install this water feature for our customerWe install new parts and had water feature running with no problems at that momentWe got a call from customer a few weeks later stating that the problem was still there, and this time send Freddy one of our foreman to witness the issue and he came back and told us that there seems to be a water leak on fountainFrom the first time we new about this, we went and try fixing this and we have cover all of the cost for thisEven before we got this email the situation has been fixPlease get this info from customer, we got fountain running and ever since we have not seeing any more problemsCustomer seems to be ok, since we have not receive any more calls or emails from them Sincerely, [redacted] Promised Path Landscape

I called *** on a Friday and set up an appointment with Angel to look at my projectHe showed up as promised on the following Tuesday and said he'd get me a written quote by Friday and show me some of the projects he completedOn Friday he didn't show and no quoteI called *** to reschedule with Angel for the following ThursdayOn Thursday morning I called to confirm that Angel would be coming and *** said they didn't have me on the scheduleI get it...they don't want my businessOne of the first rules in life is if you want to get paid, you've got to show up for workThey act is if they're doing you a big favor to show up and workSurprisingly these guys have a good rating with the Revdex.com
