Heisley Tire & Brake Inc Heisley Rd Mentor, OhPh# 440-357-Dear [redacted] ***, I regards the the complaint I.D.# [redacted] for [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] came into our shop on 8/11/for an oil changeRalph G [redacted] owner of Heisley Tire and Brake had a talk with Mr [redacted] in regards to the complaint that was logged with the "Revdex.com"Ralph explained what we were able to determine at the time MrVoluds car was in our possessionRalph explained that at the time we had with the car we were not able to replicate the complain but we could read the data that was stored in the computerHeisley Tire was not give permission by Mr [redacted] to go any further to determine the cause for his complaintWe left off with the opinion that Mr [redacted] transmission was the cause for his concernsMrVoice was not satisfied with our opinion so he took his car to a transmission shop for further testingAfter a few days at a transmission shop they were able to determine that a voltage problem within the alternator was the cause for the computer and transmission malfunctionsMr [redacted] proceeded to call Heisley and demand we install his own alternator on his car free of chargeWe told Mr [redacted] that we would not supply his free labor do to the fact we were never given the chance to fully diagnose his carMr [redacted] was never charged for any diagnosis due to the fact we never came up with a definite diagnosis or was never given permission to perform diagnostic procedures and charge himOur standard diagnostic charge is $As a result to Mr***’s visit on 8/11/16, we Heisley lire discussed the matter and Mr [redacted] was satisfied with what we had to sayAlso Mr [redacted] signed and dated the attached letter stating that he was satisfied with our service and that he takes back the negative comments he made in a letter to you the "Revdex.com"Sincerely, Ralph G [redacted] Jr
