Dear Sirs I did not receive a call from Mr [redacted] until 7-25-to cancel his accountThe first treatment we did was on 03-30-the next treatment was on 04-14-and the last treatment we did was on 07-05-so total he owes our company @ each treatmentI do not have an employee named [redacted] so I suppose he may have called a different company to cancel but it was not usWe stop all treatments as of the day the customer cancels, hard to think it it go on all year without our knowing itIf it were one application I would credit the account but three is a bit much and Mr [redacted] stating he spoke with ***I am not sure where we go from here as I have an A+ Rating with you and customer satisfaction is very important to myself and my employeesI did call Mr [redacted] to try to work out a happy medium between us and am awaiting a responseI will try to work with him regarding this matterSincerely [redacted] ***
