This company provided me an estimate to replace my air conditioning unit, coil system, and furnace for over $7,I then got two comparable quotes from well-established companies that were LESS THAN HALF that amount to replace the entire systemOne was $2900! Further, the other TWO companies recommended not replacing but REPAIRING my unit for a grand total of $Needless to say, I feel this company did not do their due diligence in researching all options, nor do they maintain a philosophy of serving the needs of their customersI recommend either Campbell Heating and Air out of Escondido or Air Flous out of Poway

On 1/7/Edward *** from Progressive Heating & Air installed a Mirage Ductless system at my homeI am happy with the product and the installationThey asked me for a credit card over the phone which I supplied themThey charged $to my Visa cardThey told me I would get an email receipt that dayI have not only not received a receipt I cannot get a return call from the company or Edward after no less than attempts
I'm concerned that without a receipted paid bill my warranty will not be in affect
