Revdex.com,The customer called us for a Netflix issue and caller ID issue and we have resolved the issue and added protection to customer's computer to protect it from external threats as well as gave the customer an exclusive offer of a lifetime service subscription with all software tools on the customer's computer.Attached is the agreement that the customer has signed which indicates that the customer clearly knows that he is dealing with Techniday4U, a third party technical support service company and we did not misrepresent ourselves to be any other company. If the customer still insists on a refund, we can issue a partial refund to the customer based on the refund policy of Techniday4U.We are willing to co-operate fully with Revdex.com in this matter and willing to offer a refund of $for the customerPlease advise immediately.Regards,***
Srinivas S*** advised the consumers PC was fixed two weeks agoHe performed a conference call with someone from the company to acknowledge the consumers problem was fixed but was unable to provide an exact date
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business
in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below."Srinivas S*** advised the consumers PC was fixed two weeks agoHe performed a conference call with someone from the company to acknowledge the consumers problem was fixed but was unable to provide an exact date."Srinivas S*** was seriously misinformed
On May 7th, on my 4th attempt that day at calling the company, MrSandy B*** answered the phoneHe told me that the reason they have not been answering my calls for assistance is because he had directed the technicians not to offer me assistance because I had purportedly been disrespectful in my conversation with their technician named S***, on about March 26th.Sandy admitted to knowing that I had contacted Revdex.com and was clearly irateHe proceeded to fix my computer, according to the list I gave himHe entered my computer remotely through LogmeIn123, with my permission, of courseHe was unable to complete one item because I was not at my computer to follow his directionsHe reached me by phone at 2:PM while I was in my carHe promised to call back on Saturday morning, May 9thHe then supposedly disconnected the remote control lineFirst, he never called on Saturday or everSecond, he did NOT disconnect the remote control!!! In fact, there were numerous entries onto my computer between 2:PM, Thurs5/7/and Monday, 5/11/2015, when I noticed on the LogMeInClipboard that my computer had been entered by Sandy B*** (times) WITHOUT MY PERMISSIONMy pc worked alright for a day but then numerous serious warning messages were popping up and my pc was acting oddly and losing connection repeatedlyI repeatedly called them, left messages, emailed them and textedThey continued to ignore meThis is probably because I did not call your organization and tell you that they had met my needs, as MrB*** directed me to do, on May 7thI did not call because there was still an outstanding issue, which he had promised to fix, as noted earlier, and would have called when the work was completedBecause the warning messages were serious and my computer was flashing on and off wildly and I could not stay online for any reasonable amount of time before losing connection, I called a trusted local technician to come to my office to work on these problemsAfter he explained how Techniday could easily enter my computer at any time of day or night, as MrB*** did on 5/& 5/8, and that there were many odd things on my pc, I will never call them againI cannot prove that they caused the problems I experienced shortly after they supposedly "fixed" my computer each time, but considering their revengeful attitude - just because they thought I was rude to one of their technicians (who undoubtedly provoked me) - and because - according to the new technician - there is no other explanation, I believe they have been tampering with my computerI paid this technician $to repair the work that MrB*** never completed, as promised. I want Techniday to pay the technician's bill of $and return the last payment of $400.00 I made to their company, since they deliberately ignored my requests on many, many occasions and did little or nothing, other than frustrate me all the while knowing that my computer was at serious risk of crashing.

Hi ***,
Here is
a clear response based on our findings :
1) We only service inbound customers and we never do outbound callsWe don't have any employees by the name of T*** or R*** who were trying to cheat the customer by making an outbound call, using our reputation and their own techniques of conning the customers2) We never call from blocked numbersWe have different tollfree numbers for different departments and all our outbound calls show their respective tollfree number3) We always stick to our promises and do the best we can to resolve the issues of our customers to the best extent possible4) Viper Antivirus is a reputable antivirus program and all computers need an antivirus program to get rid of the computer of any viruses, trojans and malware, etc5) Customer replied to our customer feedback request email saying that the "Y*** was Great! and his service exilent and I Authorized the charge for this service" and had signed a contract with us(Check in attachments added to this email)
6) Regarding the refund, we have clearly mentioned our refund policy in the agreement that the customer had signed, that the customer needs to send us an email to *** within days of signing up for subscription and telling us the reason for the refundPlease check the below link for further details :***
Attached are the documents in reference to the service provided from Techniday4UPlease let me know if you have any further questionsRegards,

Revdex.com,This seems to be the work of some dismissed and disgruntled employees of the company who have been terminated due to not following the standard procedures of the company. They have hacked into our PBX account and diverted some of the calls to themselves which we found after sometime and...
fixed it by talking to the PBX people. We really apologize for the inconvenience but it is not really in our best interests to cause problems to customers. Thanks,[redacted]

Revdex.com,Why would the customer give feedback saying thanks for all the security software installed ? And why would he sign an agreement that says that the service was performed ?The best we can offer for this customer is a refund of 50%. He can either take it or leave it but that is the best we are willing to do for the customer at this point of time.Regards,[redacted]
