On 1/27/Mr*** placed an order through Professional Safety Supply’s (PSS) website for ea of the face shields at $a piece, Order #He was notified per
attached email (Exhibit 1) of the pricing
discrepancy on the website and it was made clear that the pricing was $32.00eaHis credit card was declined numerous times, to the
point that this order had to be voided. He went back on to the site and placed a new order for the 40ea face shields at $32.00ea and ea of the Kevlar Sleeves, on order #
(Exhibit 2). All material on order #was shipped “complete” 2/22/and delivered 2/26/(Exhibit 3). Mr *** emailed PSS, stating that he was missing some of his order
and that some of the order was damagedCustomer claimed to have only received boxed of face shield, when in fact it would have been cases of boxes ea of the face
mask = each totalHe also stated that he received “Zero” of the Kevlar Sleeve. Customer later came back by email on 3/2/to claim that he had in fact found the 4ea
Kevlar Sleeves in the shipment, but still claimed to be missing “some” of the face shields.
We have tried to make phone contact with the customer numerous times and declined to answer or return any callsThe process of trying to resolve this matter has been drug
out do to this, as it takes several days for the customer to respond to our emails at times. We have felt that this guy is a con and is trying to get something for nothingWe have made several attempts to resolve this matter and he refuses to accept any of our offers. On 3/9/we sent Mr*** an email offering a full refund upon receipt of
returned material and provided prepaid UPS Labels for the material to be sent backTo date these labels have not been used and material has not been received back to PSS
In conclusion, Professional Safety Supply would be happy to honor our offer of a full refund, upon receipt of all returned merchandise in good and resalable conditionProfessional Safety Supply ***
Professional Safety Supply would like to resolve this matter by having all product returned to us using the prepaid labels attachedUpon receipt of this material we will refund Mr***' credit card for all returned material

I am rejecting this response because: The business has provided no new information. Is this more incompetence on the part of the business? Either deliver the full order or please refund what you have not yet shipped to the customer. I would be happy to remind of the totals: refund $1152 or ship with tracking numbers 36 boxes(10 masks per box) of masks. To date, 90% of the order remains undelivered. What's up?
