Regards,I sent you a message & it is not showing sent or you received I reject the offer He needs to comply with contract & do the job he was paid for & no further monies paid out; to include paying me $$2,for the concrete sidewalk which he installed PVC drain pipe & said he would return to install pop ups for drainage water to flow up & out He never did accomplish this leaving wide holes which eroded even more Mr*** was aware this was a hazard when I told him on August & would immediately start on September to correct this He definitely was aware of this major problem He also did not fully accomplish job landscaping by not doing as instructed He even stated I don't have to add that in detail on contract I know what need stone done So much for "Integrity"

Fall of 2016 - Mr [redacted] intgred my office Looking For Help that another contractor work was not completed. After Further Thought I agreed To visit him and we came To an agreement Total and Start Date (Mind you he was upset and talking about sueing other Contractor)Jobs as ordered were Completed. at...

date Set- But we had problems Collecting cause we had TO do additional work that was not on Contract (thats why there is a contract always) He would not pay till other work was done that was not on Contract. Mind you I have been a Contractor For 31 years. Anyways Many Rains & storms Have passed and All is well - No phone Calls From Mr. [redacted] that drainage is not working or work is incomplete - Till over a year later He calls and wants additional work (not work - that is incomplete) We agree on Price & Date To Start. Due to Hurricane I was not able To keep date due To Damage on my Parents Property and Displacement in Port A repairs Still not finished.. I will Gladly Refund.All work on Original Contract has Been Complete an paid in Full There is Now a Side walk we have installed on Original contract. Not sure how Some have Fall in - When Before there Never was a side walkwhen I was talking to Mr. [redacted] Last meeting, He never mentioned that Had Been a Problem
