I was referred to this place by my primary doctor. I called them to schedule appointment but as soon I told them I was on ahhcccs, I felt like I was talked to very differently. I was told that appointment was not possible because they did not have my referral, I faxed them what my doctor gave me but I was told they don't have time to call doctors and verify because they are too busy and I needed wait until referral was re-faxed. My doctor re-fax it and I called again but was not able to schedule, they kept claiming the referral was not received, I contacted office manager and she had appointment setter call me back right away but still did not schedule appointment.After a month of trying to schedule with them,I gave up and called my doctor so he could send me to a different specialist's office. I was able to see another doctor and get procedure done within a week.
