Service not rendered but paid for
I went to office for bridge and crown and tooth repair they informed me that they could handle my needs and gave me my cost supposedly with my insurance and asked for down payment of half but charged more on my card that was authorized and they supposedly was to do temporary crown in order to take impressions and I went through all of that for them to tell me that can't do impressions cause over growth gum need to see oral surgeon to have gum removed in order to do impressions and this was after the tech tried to do impressions and professional dental and experienced professional would not have attempted this knowing that the gum over growth would not allow the crown to be placed correctly because I have been in this situation before at my old dentist and so I know for a fact that they would not have done or attempted to do this unnecessary process but okay they did just to get money and then I waited weeks no call to tell me about my bridge and I hap
