clearly on the bottom that the contract is subject to final walk through of the propertyWe viewed the property an additional time and took the price and the neighborhood along with the current condition into account and decided that we were not comfortable paying as much as we originally thought. Instead of walking away from the deal, we offered her a discounted price. It is completely legal and was disclosed from the beginning that this was subject to our final walk through and approval We use a very simple contract for the very reason that we do not want any of our buyers or sellers to get confused or misunderstood.
