I have been a user of Swagbucks, which is owned by Prodege, LLCsince August of When I first started I found it hard to earn Swagbucks, but as the Holiday season approached, I was earning more and moreI was able to pay for Holiday season because of Swagbucks and winning cards through sites I signed up for through Swagbucks for SBFor this I am super happy, and decided to have my mom, who'd just retired sign upShe did, and went on to earn 1000+SBThen they deactivated her account because we have the same name, different middle namesOnce that happened, I went off and the customer service had me send in a copy of both of our ids, which I did and it was resolved Before I knew about being able to "submit tickets" for offers there were probably a lot of offers that never credited for, but I never kept the info on the offers I have had quite a few instances with offers not crediting, but now I keep the information and screen shot everything, and if it doesn't credit, I submit a ticketCustomer Service is pretty good at resolving problems, while Shop and Earns do take multiple tickets in order for them to be credited My earning has slowed quite a bit, but from Aug2015- now I have earned over 320$ in gift cards This site does work, but it has a lot of bugs that need worked outYou won't make it rich, but you can earn some extra pocket cash

I purchased a Home Chef meal plan through Swagbucks on 10/3/ Per the promotion, I was supposed to receive 3,SwagbucksI, however, never received the Swagbucks I waited days before inquiring about the missing Swagbucks as requested and emailed them on 11/8/In my email, I provided proof of purchase and all requested informationI never received a response I again emailed Swagbucks on 11/19/and still have not received a response to dateThe company does not let you call them to discuss these matters This is an incredibly dishonest company I strongly encourage you not to do business with them I would never have made my purchase if it wasn't for the SB deal

they break there own termswhen you follow it to the max they want to ban you when you get enough swagbucks to redeem for rwardsthey did this to me and are ignoring meso now I plan on making others know how this site worksthey say more then one account not allowed for members but is for each household so if thats true then out of members should be allowed to have a account but not to this company

Once you make a certain ammount of swagbucks you WILL NOT be able to make any moreive done countless offers and surveys and never received my points for them I never even heard back from customer service! only way you can make more than sb a day is to do an offer that requires a purchaseif you try to do it with ncrave and surveys they will stop crediting you after about sbthey make you do surveys then say you dont qualifycustomer service used to answer pretty quick until I started really paying attention and sending tickets for everything I wasnt credited, thats when I stopped getting responsesjust go get a job dont waste your money with this dead end site

I have been a member since 2010 and have had great experience with them. I have redeemed many rewards. Customers service has improved a lot.

I have been a member of Swagbucks for several years. I am extremely upset with them because they ban my IP address on a regular basis from doing my favorite activity on the site.....nCrave Activities. I'm not sure why they do this but it is extremely annoying. When they do this, I have to go to alot of trouble to change my IP address so I can continue to do the nCrave Activities. They claim it's because of some "third-party software". They also claim that they are working with the so-called company to resolve this issue but it's been over a year....almost 2 years since they said this and it is STILL happening regularly. I am sick of it and if they don't resolve this issue soon, I am going to deactivate my account!!!!!!!! I feel like this is an illegal act in some way. I think that the Revdex.com should take a look into their practices.

The customer service is terrible I had referred friends to them and shopped so much on their website over the last 2 years and the last 3 times I contacted their customer service it was worthless, they just explained their way out of taking any responsibility or refunding my swagbucks, I don't even care about a settlement at this point I just want everyone to beware; a company isn't worth anything if their own customer service cannot back them up! I will be doing my cashback shopping through other sites from now on.
