Frist of all I want to apologize to Mrand Mrs*** for the lack of attention that they received from Procraft and *** the window manufacture. It is and always has been the policy here at Procraft to handle all service issues in a prompt and timely mannerI have spoken to my service
manager about our procedures in handling service issues so this does not happen again. The window manufacture is scheduled to fix the counter balance issue on 10-2-per Mr*** request, I will also have my service manager follow up to make sure this issue is resolved.Regards,Sky K***CEOP\Procraft Windows
We are currently working with this customer to address her concerns
We have been working with [redacted] for the past few weeks and are attempting to resolve the issue. Tuesday of this week he emailed her, and am waiting for her response. As soon as I find out what we are going to do I will contact Revdex.com.
First there has not been a number of phone calls demanding payment. There has been however a few phone calls. One to set-up the installation of their windows, one to replace a window that was measured wrong, one to replace an insulated unit that had a small scratch in in it, one for...
arranging final payment and last one to Mr. [redacted].If the [redacted]'s would have read the pre-installation letter that singed and dated there would have been the two issue they sight in their complaint. The pre-installation letter ask for a 4ft. working area, remove all hanging items on the walls such as paintings etc., removing of drapes and blinds, covering of delicate objects, tie back any shrubs that in front of the windows, restraining pets and caution children to stay clear while my installers are working. Yes my Installer did step in some paint that the customer spilled on the floor and yes there is a small tear in the back of a mattress that was standing up in the hallway where their dog was lying and wouldn't move making my Installer have to step over him with an arm load of very sharp glass causing the small tear of which there are two others that you can see in the photo that we didn't doIf the customer would have taken precautions laid out in our pre-installation letter no of this would have happen. We did at our expense replace three floor boards for them but I don't feel We owe them any sort of monetary reduction due to they're not giving us a clear and safe working area.See attached photos and letter.Sincerely,Sky K[redacted]CEOProcraft

I am still waiting for the company to find a person who can fix these issues.
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Despite serious reservations, I have given this company a chance to fix the damage outlined in my original complaint. After having the company's representative work on the...
windows twice this week, I am coming to the conclusion that the company has neither the expertise nor resources to fix this damage.
The company's representative came in on Monday and Tuesday and removed some of the excessive caulking around the windows on the outside, but left exposed gaps and exposed wood for two days during very heavy rains in this area. We agreed that before he leaves he will cover up any gaps, but it doesn't appear that he did that. The plan was that he would come in to paint around the windows once it stopped raining, but the wood must be saturated with water and no paint is going to stick to it. The window sills on the inside are slathered with excessive amounts of wood filler, which I am told will be sanded down. So far, I am really concerned with this work and feel like I need to be extremely vigilant and ask for basic things such as covering exposed wood during heavy rains. The company's representative is coming out today, and I will be making a decision by the end of the day today, about whether to pursue my original plan to seek a refund from this company.
Sincerely,[redacted]
