Review: I took my clothes to pro cleaners on September 12, 20013. Their was 8 items and all the clothes was in great condition. When I went to pick my clothes up on September 20, 2013, 1 of the items was torn and ripped. When I said something to the [redacted] that took my items on September 12, 2013. She gone tell me the item was like that when she tagged it. And I said if the item was like that when you tagged it why did you bring it to my attention. She didn't say anything. A man was standing in there and didn't say anything. When I took the clothes in there on September 12, 2013, she was throwing people clothes in the floor and in the bags.Desired Settlement: I had to take my jacket to alternation to get it repaired. I want my refund back for that dry clean for that item and I want them to pay for having it repaired.
