on 01/26/there was a residential fire at my home 1***
after insurance claims were settled...some time in august a representative (mark)from Proclaim contacted me saying he could get more money for me
he sent papers for itemized damage list...he told me to list everything I could think of that I had not claimed originally..things that I came upon after sorting through damages
I later received a check from the insurance for $9107.88, but it had both my name and ***
I endorsed it and sent it to *** sometime in august
it was some time in September and I called mark and asked him when I would recieve my check...he said that it had to clear and then I would get it with in a week..another weeks went by and I called again...it still took about another week,but then I received a check for only $1094.92..*** had kept the rest
I later talked to the insurance adjuster and was told that check for $
