On 2/**/I purchased wall, floor, trim tile and grout for $ I did not purchase the bullnose at that time When I called for the bullnose tile, Denine, my salesperson, told me that it was out of stock, and discontinued I then said I'd like to return my purchase because I needed the bullnose to complete my project It was then she told me that it had been a final sale and I couldn't I was not told that at the time of purchase...I expected to be able to buy more if needed ( a fellow, either *** or Frank, looked up on the computer and told me they had ample in the warehouse) I asked, at purchase time, their return policy and she said, "I'll work with you." Not once was final purchase/discontinued mentioned I learned of that when she spoke to my contractor this past week
I have copies of the sales receipt Terms and conditions state: no returns on orders labeled "no returns" or "final sale" There is clearly no written notation or labeling of this anywhere on my

This was not a special order.   I was told when I went there, it was in the warehouse in Bellport, and I'd have to come back for it.  I have my receipts and there was no mention of special order, nor as I mentioned before any mention or noting on those receipts that it was clearance/discontinued or special order.  The receipts state that only those receipts MARKED "no returns" or "final sale" can not be returned.  My receipts do not have any of those 3 notations.  I expect a full refund upon return of the merchandise.  The color offered to replace the tile is not satisfactory for my project.

To Whom it may concern,We apologize for the inconvenience with the missing pieces our client needed. Unfortunately this material was clearance, and was special ordered for the client to begin with. However, I would like to offer a resolution. We have another color in this series that is almost...

identical to the color the customer purchased. It is normally more than double the price, however we are willing to give the client the same price she has already paid for the clearance material. This color is current and all wall tile, trims, and decors are in stock with no wait time. The item is Santa Fe Cream. Once again sorry for the inconvenience. I am hoping this will take care of the issue.

When speaking to Denine, she insists she told me it was a final sale...she did not. And as I said, it is not marked /labeled anywhere on my receipt.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.[redacted]TO: [redacted]RE: Complaint ID #[redacted]Last night, I declined [redacted]'s offer. This morning, I decided it was better to visit and try to resolve the issue face to face. The salesman this morning, [redacted], was aware of the problem, and we were able to resolve the complaint. I want to thank the Revdex.com for their help, and [redacted] for his offer which I have now accepted. He offered complete replacement of the merchandise and upon seeing it, I agreed. Thank you both. I would not hesitate to use Procida Tile again or recommend it to family and friends.[redacted]
