[redacted] [redacted] Hello, this is my response to the above referenced complaint /> I am deeply sorry that [redacted] feels this way I do not know what I can say or not say as regards to HIPPA laws I remember the incident slightly differently And I do not do he said, she said as that lowers the both of us As we told [redacted] if she wanted a refund she would have to contact Groupon as she purchased the $dollar deal through them By the way we won an award from Groupon for being one of their best vendors in 2013, with over 89% of the 2000+ people that bought our Groupon would recommend us to a friend or use our services again, in fact we had the highest customer satisfaction rating in our category, I'm very proud of that Unfortunately we could not make [redacted] happy and I feel badly about that Please contact me with any concerns Yours In Health & Fitness, [redacted] Office: ###-###-#### Fax: ###-###-#### www.ProActiveOhio.com
I do not accept the response from Proactive health because the message is vague, and did not satisfy my requestThe person answering this response is incorrect in that I did not, in fact, purchase the deal through grouponI have a voucher through Living Social and that was the voucher number I supplied in my original complaint ( voucher ######)In answer to customer satisfaction, Proactive Health can consider me among the 11% of unsatisfied customers that would not recommend their service to othersI also find it interesting that [redacted] says they "remember the incident differently" stating also that if I wanted a refund I should contact GrouponI only ever spoke to the receptionist, and I was never advised that I could request a refundI was only told that I would be required to pay an additional $to reschedule and when I was unhappy with that, I was not given any further recourse Regards, [redacted]

I am deeply sorry that [redacted] feels this way. I do not know what I can say or not say as regards to HIPPA laws. I remember the incident slightly differently. And I do not do he said, she said as that lowers the both of us. As we told [redacted] if she wanted a refund she would have to contact Groupon as she purchased the $29 dollar deal through them. By the way we won an award from Groupon for being one of their best vendors in 2013, with over 89% of the 2000+ people that bought our Groupon would recommend us to a friend or use our services again, in fact we had the highest customer satisfaction rating in our category, I'm very proud of that. Unfortunately we could not make [redacted] happy and I feel badly about that.
Please contact me with any concerns

I do not accept the response from Proactive health because the message is vague, and did not satisfy my request. The person answering this response is incorrect in that I did not, in fact, purchase the deal through groupon. I have a voucher through Living Social and that was the voucher number I supplied in my original complaint ( voucher ######). In answer to customer satisfaction, Proactive Health can consider me among the 11% of unsatisfied customers that would not recommend their service to others. I also find it interesting that [redacted] says they "remember the incident differently" stating also that if I wanted a refund I should contact Groupon. I only ever spoke to the receptionist, and I was never advised that I could request a refund. I was only told that I would be required to pay an additional $25 to reschedule and when I was unhappy with that, I was not given any further recourse.
