Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] Once you sign the care credit application and they receive their money, you receive a huge bag of pills, a strict diet plan, and instructions on how pills need to be taken As far as registering weigh every 3-daysThere is a receptionist up front who answers phones and initially weighs and takes your pictureSo when I drive there every three days for alkaline water which according to the Internet is a fad and does nothing to help lose weightYou should wait for her to be free to weigh youIf you read the previous complaint the person posted on your website, you can see once they are paid you are given no appointments or follow up for a month Considering how strict this diet , and amount of money paid not to mention other medical problems people may have, if it wasn't just about the money you think some contact attempt should be made by the companyI think this weigh loss plan is a joke and if anyone were shown what it entailed before they paid, they would not sign upThis is why the dr is such a good salesmanI think it's sad that he takes advantage of people and uses care creditA lot of people can get care credit that are lower incomeI feel he is using this to his advantage because he gets paid immediately and care credit is notorious for not getting involved in credit disputes with providersSincerely, [redacted]

I started going to her after a car accident I was involved in I had pain in my having chest and side They determined I had a displaced rib/ a rib out of place After several adjustments over several weeks the pain was gone and I was back to normal I have been going back on a monthly basis to assist in overall health Over the past year I have been healthier than I have ever been I would highly recommend Proactive Chiro to anyone and I do when anyone asks No one I have sent there has had an issues and most are still going to help with their overall health

First let me say that I am sorry you are not happy with your experience Our purpose is to help our patients reach their optimal health potential while delivering the highest level of service Your dissatisfaction comes as a surprise since you have never directly contacted our office
regarding this matter or to report your weight loss status every 3-days as your instructions for your program indicate That being stated, I feel you had ample time between receiving your program, and its proprietary protocol, and beginning the program to evaluate what it entailed and whether or not you wanted to participate However you chose to start and followed the program for two weeks Every weight loss journey has periods that are more difficult than others because of the lifestyle change needed to accomplish your goals These times take commitment Unfortunately, I cannot give you that commitment, I can only give you the tools with which you can make that commitment produce the results you desire Had you contacted me during this time I would have supported you through it as I do for many of my patients. Secondly, we accept Care Credit as a convenience for our patients It allows them to spread payment out over time so that they can still get the help with their health that they need This payment option can be used for any service that I am licensed to provide within my clinic I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin to provide many types of service and nutritional counseling is one of them Care Credit does not limit its use to only the category under which our practice is listed within their system.Lastly, I want you to know that I still want to help you reach your weight loss and health goals I hope one day that your commitment to these goals is rejuvenated and we can work together to achieve them When that time comes, I will offer to you your first program at no charge.Yours in Health,*** ***
