I placed an order with them last week, I received a notice that part of the order had shipped along with a tracking number through the Postal ServiceI emailed twice to find out when the rest of the order would be shippingI finally received a response to my email from a customer service representative named B***She provided me with a FedEx tracking number that was supposed to be the second part of my orderIn the meantime I received the first part of the shipment only to open the box and find it to be EMPTY! I immediately emailed with no responseAnd now I received the second package which contained a bottle and only a bottle of "begone bug spray"! Clearly not what I orderedThey think that they are being funnyI have yet again emailed with no responseI have had to file a dispute with my bank as wellTheir facebook page has multiple complaints about not receiving ordersThey are nothing but scammers

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Pro-tech roofing roofed my house recently. They done such a wonderful job. I reccomended them to some of neighbors. I'm so impressed with their work.. They are also very respectful and kind people. They did great job installing and cleaning up after they were done! Very reasonably priced! I would reccomend them to anyone! Very awesome company!

Review: Protech installed a new roof on a new house I built at [redacted]. It began leaking about six weeks ago before the house was complete. I contacted Protech and asked them to repair the leak and they said they would the following week. 2 weeks later I contacted them again, Last week we had snow and it was leaking even worse. The house is finished now and the owner is moving in. The leak is damaging the drywall and may damage an expesive hardwood floor and Protech ignores my attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: I will hire another roofer to repair the leak. I want them to pay the repair bill and any damges.

In response to ID [redacted]. We went out to check leak at [redacted] . As soon as we looked at roof we knew that the leak was not coming from the chimney or any work we had done . The heat and air system vent pipe that was installed by the HAVC contractor was improperly installed , causing the leak . We removed the pipe boot and installed it properly. Since then we have had rain and snow with no leak . In closing the leak was not coming from workmanship done by Protech Roofing .
