Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The company had only made one attempt to contact me and had talked with my mother as far as getting the vehicle to an [redacted] repair shopMy mother had told [redacted] that the vehicle was not able to be driven but she still insisted that we get the vehicle to the shop on the following TuesdayMy mother then went to the Shop known as [redacted] Transmission and talked with the owner (since I was at work) explaining to him the vehicle was unable to be driven there entailing to him all its issuesHe did tell her that it shouldn't be driven regarding the sounds of everything it would only intensify the problemsProtech car lot did finally call me back on Friday 07/24/asking me why we did not take it to the repair shop and again I told [redacted] that the car has been sitting in my driveway since week after the purchaseIt is not able to be even remotely moved feet without being pushed, towed or pulledShe then commented that she will have one of their guys come get the [redacted] on Tuesday the 28th of July and take it to get checkedI did tell her I did not want them to have anything fixed until I was notified of all concerning issues Regards, [redacted]
This letter is in regards to the customer concern submitted on 6/11/15, ID [redacted] Customer purchased a [redacted] on May 18., Customer chose to finance the vehicle through [redacted] CorpThe account number referenced in the complaint is for this lenderThe purchase price, interest rate and all charges were explained to customer at multiple timesCustomer signed contracts after this was explained to her(Please see enclosure 1)The customer submitted a statement that she contacted our lot multiple times, there is no record of thisThe only contact we have had from the customer was on 5/22/She brought the vehicle to the lot and stated that it would not pass WV state inspectionThe vehicle was immediately taken to garage and repaired(Please see enclosure and 3), Customer picked up vehicle after repairs were completed and to date has not contacted any employee here, The vehicle purchased Includes a day/mite warranty, 25% parts and 25% laborThe vehicle is covered under this warranty until June 18, (Please see enclosure 4)

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowHello, I am letting you know that the issue has not been resolved as a matter of fact, the work that Pro-tech had done on the vehicle the day after we bought it just to pass inspection, ended up ruining the front tires on the vehicle because they did not align front end, or tell me to get an alignmentWhat was brand new tires are now baldThe car lot had failed to mention to you that in the whole process of buying the ***, we asked them to fix the check engine light times, and I believe that they just cleared the light off and didn't acknowledge my request (saying they knew nothing about it is false)The day of the signing I asked again and the lady told me that she checked it and it was just a sensorTo my knowledge, they had to have known that the transmission was going outAccording to *** *** there were the transmission errorsI know this could not have change that drastic in weeks timeNow the vehicle has lost all the oil since the time at signing (assuming it was full to begin with), continuously shutting off during operation and unable to maintain proper functionsAnd the *** is now parked in my driveway and unable to be drivenI want some action taken pleaseThere should be no reason for an *** dealer to be selling a vehicle that I believe follows under the lemon law and now I have a car payment of per month for 1/years and have only made the first paymentThe financing company is *** *** and has refused to help me with any type of compensation until action is taken with car lotSincerely, *** ***

The customer has failed to contact Pro-Tech [redacted] Sales at any time regarding any issues with the vehicle, After trying to contact customer multiple times we were able to arrange an appointment for the vehicle at a local garage. We are sorry that this issue has taken so long to resolve had we been able to make contact with the customer this matter could have been taken care of sooner.

The customer submitted a statement that she contacted our lot multiple times, there is no record of this. The only contact we have had from the customer was on 5/22/15.
