THIS CUSTOMER HAD A OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR FOR A LG DISHWASHER WITH OE ERROR THAT IS DRAIN PUMP NO LONGER DRAINING..WE RESPONDED DRAIN PUMP WAS BAD DUE TO FOOD AND DEBRIS STUCK IN DRAIN LINE REPLACED DRAIN PUMP AND REMOVED BLOCKAGE EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER THAT NOT ONLY WAS DRAIN CLOGGED BUT UNIT WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY ..SHE WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO MULTIPLE VINEGAR FLUSHING AND WAS EXPLAINED HOW TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN DISHWASHER...SHE CALLED BACK AND EMAILED ME ABOUT INSTALL ISSUE I SENT MY TECH BACK OUT FREE OF CHARGE AND AT THAT POINT WAS EXPLAINED THAT DISHWASHERS HAVE NO WAY OF ADJUSTING DUE TO WE HAVE TO INSTALL WHERE SCREW HOLES WERE ORIGINALLY DRILLED FURTHER THIS UNIT IS INSTALLED OR SO INCHES TO FAR BACK IN CABINET IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE FLUSH MOUNTED AND WE ABSOLUTELY LEFT IT INSTALLED EXACTLY HOW UNIT WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED ..WE ARE UNABLE TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS REQUEST DUE TO US NOT BEING THE ONES WHO INSTALLED IT AND WE ARE ONLY CAPABLE OF INSTALLING TO ORIGINAL POSITION AGAIN FACTOR BEING THAT HOLES ARE DRILLED FOR INSTALL AND CAN ONLY INSTALL TO THOSE HOLES..IN THE MEANTIME AND AFTER THE FACT CUSTOMER PURCHASED AND EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WE GOT A TICKET FROM THEM AND I EXPLAINED TO HER NOT ONLY CAN WE NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT HER INSTALL BUT EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY ALSO DOES NOT COVER INSTALL I NOW HAVE A NEW TICKET WITH A NEW DESCRIPTION AND WE ARE SCH TO SERVICE MONDAY..KEY POINTS BEING WE ARE NOT INSTALLERS AND ARE ONLY ON SERVICE SIDE OF THINGS EVERY OPTION HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER AND ONLY THING THAT CAN BE DONE IS REINSTALLING DISHWASHER ..ALL OPTIONS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED AT LENGTH WITH CUSTOMER AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS POSSIBLE..THANKS JASON@PROTECREPAIR

They were a most unprofessional, incompetent company. I believe they took the money for the repair, and had very poorly skilled uneducated child technicians who were incapable of providing quality service.Just an FYI for the Revdex.com; LG has issued me a full refund for this debacle through the Revdex.com affiliate in the LG jurisdiction area (Alabama).
