Review: 8/11/2014-Services were rendered, the amount of services totaled $16.00 with a $3.00 tip so the total amount of the transaction was $19.00

8/13/2014-Viewed my bank transaction history and noticed that the merchant billed my account for a total of $24.00.

8/13/2014-I went to the merchant's location showed my reciept and a young lady located the origional receipt and agreed wtih me, she gave me a card and the name of the manager to come back to obtain a credit.

8/14/2014-I went back to the merchant, asked to speak to the manager, she came up and asked me to leave me phone number and she would call me back because she had to look through the receipts. I told her that the young lady I spoke to the day before located the amount that was unauthorized. She insisted that I leave my number. The manager did call me that evening said that she can put the amount back on my card. I was not comfortable giving my card number to her. The manager stated I could text her cell phone with the card number and she never called me back.

This was not an error but a blatant act of theft. The merchant inflated the tip amount and I will not do business where there is dishonesty and the merchant will not own up.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund. I am not interested in giving my card number to this merchant again. All my trust is gone. I will just accept cash back.
