Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I am attaching the hand-written receipt from Propave, which was written by my mother as dictated by [redacted] and “signed/thanked you” by himThe two items in parentheses ( [redacted] ) – since I had no idea who Propave were, I added these once my mother showed me that receiptI was convinced that it were [redacted] (whom we had contacted and received the estimate from in the first place, see also the attached their business card in case you need it) who actually did the jobIn fact, for a few months following the job, I emailed and talked on the phone with [redacted] ***, [redacted] ’ co-owner and [redacted] ***’s brother, about fixing it, until [redacted] told me that a).Propave, owned by his brother [redacted] , was a separate company and b)[redacted] did NOT subbed the job out to Propave Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Other than what I previously submitted in my complaint, I am not sure what else I can add to the description of the problems we encountered with [redacted] ***’s companyMy complaint is true and accurate, and his/his company’s response only reiterates their unethical business practices ?Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowAs I previously stated, the complaint I had submitted through the Revdex.com website is truthful and accurateHowever, given the business’s (quite belated) response, I believe it’s important to respond to some of his claims.First, when I spoke to [redacted] on the phone on July 25, 2014, he knew perfectly well the details of this job, so his claiming now that some other contractor posing as him did this job is, to say the least, an unfair and irresponsible business practice What would be fair and responsible is for [redacted] and his company to come back and fix what they did incorrectly in the first place or refund the money so that we can have someone else do it wellSecond, [redacted] is now saying this about his and his brothers’ company: “we also work very close to each other and also join company a lot of times to complete projects.” In my opinion, this only confirms how [redacted] got the information on this job even though it had been his brother’s company, NOT [redacted] ***, who had initially quoted itWhat is more, during the same July 25, 2014, telephone conversation between [redacted] and me, [redacted] did tell me he had gotten this job from his brother James ***’s companyHowever, in my exchange of calls and emails with James ***, James denied it and also stated: “we are NOT associated Nor affiliated with any other company.”Based on [redacted] ***’s response, it is once again clear that he and his company refuse to take any responsibility for the job poorly doneRegards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. As I previously stated, the complaint I had submitted through the Revdex.com website is truthful and accurate. However, given the business’s (quite belated) response, I believe it’s important to respond to some of his claims.First, when I spoke to [redacted] on the phone on July 25, 2014, he knew perfectly well the details of this job, so his claiming now that some other contractor posing as him did this job is, to say the least, an unfair and irresponsible business practice. What would be fair and responsible is for [redacted] and his company to come back and fix what they did incorrectly in the first place or refund the money so that we can have someone else do it well. Second, [redacted] is now saying this about his and his brothers’ company: “we also work very close to each other and also join company a lot of times to complete projects.” In my opinion, this only confirms how [redacted] got the information on this job even though it had been his brother’s company, NOT [redacted], who had initially quoted it. What is more, during the same July 25, 2014, telephone conversation between [redacted] and me, [redacted] did tell me he had gotten this job from his brother James [redacted]’s company. However, in my exchange of calls and emails with James [redacted], James denied it and also stated: “we are NOT associated Nor affiliated with any other company.”Based on [redacted]’s response, it is once again clear that he and his company refuse to take any responsibility for the job poorly done.
