Review: The oil on my 2011 Honda Accord was changed at Indy Fast Lube on May **, 2014, On June **, 2014 the car was brought to Honda City because the check engine light was on. Honda City mechanics found that this was caused by "an oil over flow of 2 quarts". The car needed to have the oil drained and a new filter installed at a cost of 49.95 and needed to have the oil switch replaced.The repair was covered by Indy and performed at Dominick's Auto Repair Shop. However, this incident cost me $499.56 to correct the damage to the car. I am asking for the 49.95 and the 110.00 labor fee that I was charged. Computer upgrades and a fuel injection service charge I will be responsible for. I dropped off the receipt to Indy Lube on Saturday June ** and was told that [redacted] would contact me. I was never called. I would like Indy Lube to be responsible for their work.Desired Settlement: As listed in my complaint description, I would like compensation of $159.56 for the necessary repairs to my car. This doesn't even begin to compensate for the 2 days of the loss of my car to repairs.
