Not impressed with overall interaction with Pro-Job From the initial telephone contact the individual on the phone was inhospitable and curt Once at our house the individual was very short of words to the point my children were uncomfortable I have no doubt that this technician was knowledgable and experienced With that said, I expect a certain amount of customer service when someone is in your home repairing an item I expect courteous, interactive employees that will recommend solutions for lengthened repairs This individual was far what I would categorize as good customer service Due to the magnitude of lacking costumer service, we ceased the repair and have gone with another option
