the installer went to customer's home to finish the job on Tuesday, June 22nd. All of the wall tile was installed. However, after the installer polished the marble for the wall base, the customers decided they did not like the way it looked and said they wanted to use a different product for the wall base.
The customer wife called the office that day and the following day and spoke with staff several times about not wanting the wall base which they originally approved. The owner was out in the field for the next few days, but he called customer back on Friday, June 26. He told him to choose the product he wants for the wall base and Pro Flooring will have it installed. We are waiting for the customer to choose new material before we can install the wall base.
I spoke with the customer today and he said he has found a marble wall base that he likes and has ordered it. It will be in town around July 8th. Customer will let us know when it is here and we will schedule the installer to install the base.
