I have them working Xbox one console for maintenance they have me back my console in a non working condition
Customer requested general (preventative) maintenance on his Xbox One gaming console. This process consists of first testing the unit, then blowing out the dust, and finally applying a fresh coat of thermal grease to the chip set. Upon testing the unit we discovered it did not display video to the tv. The video port was not physically damaged so we were able to conclude that the southbridge chip is most likely faulty. This is not a repair we can offer due to parts availability.We then notified the customer of this information. We then informed him per our policy he owed us nothing as no repair was completed. He insists we damaged his system and that it was fully working previous to dropping it off. It is our process to test and inspect every unit before any work is completed and we do not guarantee every console is repairable. Although we did not damage this system, we will offer a replacement at this time.

On July 2019 of this year, I hired Metro Madness to repair the disk drives in both of my Play Station 3 game consoles. The agreement we both made stated that you would be finished “on or about two days later after taking possession of my consoles . I agreed to pay $60.00 upon completion. Immediately after taking my game consoles, you damaged my consoles. I have called you on numerous occasions to find out when you will return my game consoles and finish the work and you have either made excuses or failed to return my calls. It has now been more than three weeks and you have not returned the consoles to me or completed the work.
Mr. brought 2 PS3s to us on 7/17/2019. He indicated that the disc drive was broken on both systems. On the first system we were able to fix the drive. When we started The second system it would not start. Since the customer only authorized us to repair the disc drive we did not attempt to make a repair on the second unit. For the system that we were able to repair the charge was $30. We did not charge the customer anything for the system that we did not repair. When Mr. came to pick up his unit he refused to pay for his repair. Since he refused to pay for his repair we did not return his systems to him. Mr. signed our terms and conditions which state, “you accept that we cannot guarantee that your item can be fixed or that the repair will leave data intact.” (attached) This issue can be resolved by Mr. having a representative come by our store and pay the $30 plus tax. Mr. has not attempted to contact us, until today. Today 8/21 he sent us an email. Our response to him will indicate that we will be able to return his property after he has paid for the repair.

I am rejecting this response because: The statements made in response to my complaint are false. The employees at Metro Madness denied me access to obtain my Playstations 3. In response, I called the *** police to report that my consoles are being held by Metro Madness. Also, I filmed my interactions with the staff at Metro Madness and the *** Police Department. I constantly ask for the console that was not repaired. I was informed by the *** Police Department that shop owner did not want me at the facility and that if I want my console to take him to court. This company incompetence and lack of honor has no bounds. I am enclosing the video showing their refusal to return my items and instructions to take them to court. I have contacted them on many occasions to have them set up a meeting place to give me my console. I have more evidence to refute whatever response they give for not returning my property. Please have Metro Madness mail me my console to *** #***, ***, ***. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated it.

On or about November 15, a Mac storage hard drive device was delivered to location for repair. After numerous calls and visits for an update on the repair I was always told that they were still working on the device. Now the business is closed as of 1/1/18 and my device has not been returned nor is it in the hands of the business that has taken over for Pro Console Repair. I spoke with *** @ Console Repair & Services *** on 1/16/18 and was advised that no such device was included in any of the equipment that was transferred to their place of business.
