To whom it may concernOur customer [redacted] placed an order on May 20th The consultant has to send the product back to our shipping team before we can ship out the entire order in full We received her item out of on June 2nd and our current shipping timeframe is 7-business days from the date we received her 1st piece We have been awaiting for the 2nd piece to arriveWe have had our shipping team send her out the order in full today We have also provided her with a full refund for this order even though we have shipped the full order out.Thank you for your time!

say that we have taken steps to grow in all areas of the business, and have several more customer service employees that have been hired and are being trained at this very momentAll of that being said, this is what caused the delay in his particular customer being taken care ofI have reached out to her and issued her refund for the mentioned order as of this morning, and this matter is now resolved. This order was shipped out and it was Delivered to this Customer on 06-26-under USPS tracking number *** The owner of the Company did process a refund for this accountSo this customer received the full refund along with all merchandise she purchased If she is saying that the refund was not given, we would like to have proof from her credit card company that this was not refunded.Thanks in advance
