Hello Item has shipped by Fedex and will arrive on Friday the 15thWe processed order as fast as it could be Because most of our items ship directly from suppliers or manufactures they can take a day or to get through the process and ship Email was sent on the 11th 12th and on the 14thAs per our Terms of Service that customer agreed to at time of order, items can take 1-business days to ship

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards, I payed for 2 day air. I want the money refunded to my credit card for the 2 day air. I also called when the product wasn't shipped. With no response from you. You did not respond until yesterday after I had called twice and sent an email. It is not my problem that you offer 2nd day air and can not produce what you promise. You where paid by my credit card company two days before you sent out the product.

After insulation this is costing 3500.00. If your company would have complied to your terms I would not have had the extra cost. Also if I owned a company and did not meet the need of a customer that payed you I would have the respect to pick up the phone and work this matter out. Which sir you have not done.
