the vehicle is on someone else's property and we need to get this taken care of I told her that I understand her frustration but that the technician will get to the vehicle as soon as possibleShe then stated it better be soon and [redacted] over paid last time and they want the remainder of the money, she then hung up on [redacted] 5/22- Contacted ***, certified technician with the state of Missouri for install and de-install ignition interlock, he is in Florissant and asked that I text him client information which I did, he will contact [redacted] I then called [redacted] , let him know [redacted] will contact him [redacted] asked pricing, told him [redacted] will go through all the information with him, [redacted] said he was told $per mile and then $for the service, he was advised again that [redacted] will give him pricing, he said ok and hung up [redacted] 5/22- [redacted] called again, he is obliviously upset about the fee he was quotedHe said he was told earlier today that he was told that it is $plus $per mile- I told him that I don't know who told him that but that is not the caseHe said it was the girl he spoke with earlier today, I told him I was the one he spoke [redacted] of the vehicle [redacted] then advised he received a call from [redacted] a few days later stating he cannot get ahold of "this guy" to get his vehicle down, etc [redacted] claims [redacted] called him again about the wiring issue [redacted] states he called [redacted] , advised him he did what he could and that he advised [redacted] he is not driving down to the location, told [redacted] he can bring the vehicle up this direction since the vehicle was still on the lift and the issue would be resolved I then called [redacted] , he claims he met [redacted] in South County to fix the [redacted] 's complaints [redacted] stated he wanted [redacted] to come back and install the device because he intends to fix the wrecked vehicle [redacted] states the install service fee will apply [redacted] states he is not going to pay for an install and wants [redacted] to return for service at no charge [redacted] states the wheel messed up and the windshield is cracked, he intends to fix the issuedI advised him he can contact [redacted] because at this point the issue is an install I asked him what else PPS could for him, he said to send someone for freeI told him he will have to continue to call, I am waiting on the individual that preformed the service to call back to I can call [redacted] d at the same time because they both have opposite storiesFurthermore, they are calling being rude and demanding I can not get the issue resolved as I am on the phone listening to her scream at meShe asked if I was sending someone, I asked her where her shop was, she said StLouis, I told her I was advised the car is in Bloomsdale [redacted] indicated that they brought the vehicle to her because she has worked on the vehicle several times but there is nothing she can do, it looks terrible so they took it back to BloomsdaleI asked her where in Bloomsdale, [redacted] said a shopI advised [redacted] states it is at his uncles and was not at a shopThen [redacted] indicated it as on a lift next to a trailer that looked to be a "shop" [redacted] was talking to the GF in the background, she could not get her story straightI then told [redacted] the entire scenario so she got the big picture of why I am trying to resolve the issue but it will not fix itself right now like they want it to [redacted] states they want to sell it if they can, I understand but until I talk to [redacted] and [redacted] I cannot resolve because of all the conflictsI also asked her why we are just hearing about this "wiring issue" if it was taken from Bloomsdale, back to StLouis then back to Bloomsdale without letting us know so we could fix the issue when it was in the area [redacted] claims she did not know we were "up here" I told her that [redacted] met [redacted] in South County which is basically where [redacted] lives so obviously we are in the area and not one phone call was made until today and now they are freaking wanting everything done now [redacted] Lifesafer regarding this situation because the GF is calling the call centerI advised Scarlett of the whole situation, she said that if the vehicle is not accessible to the tech, then he will have to pay for someone to service the vehicle, it is not on PPS to do the service for free [redacted] and [redacted] , techs, advised they would go out next week fix/observe the situation [redacted] 6/9:6/9/- [redacted] called back in , asked about the status of the service call and requested a call back ( [redacted] took the message and relayed the information to me) 6/9/9:05am - called [redacted]'s girlfriend, [redacted], concerned about lack of communication with her and [redacted]. Stating PPS is giving him the run around and he keeps calling here and we wont tell him anything.
