Private Money Pro Reviews (%countItem)

I'm a new Real Estate investor and decided to pursue education to start my business. I came across an ad by Keith *** who offered a coaching/mentorship program. I filled out a form to be contacted to move forward. A gentleman named Shad reached out and we talked about the program. Ultimately I declined because I couldnt afford the pricepoint ($5-10k). A week later I received an email with a video of Keith offering services that were very similar to what was offered in the coaching program for $997 (or 3 pmts of $397). I thought long and hard and decided to enroll in the program under the assumption that it was a "special" for the coaching. He also offered a 30 day refund policy (so I thought). After enrolling with excitement I reached out to his customer service to ask about a link to the ***. I also emailed Shad back excited. He notified me that he didnt see me in the system. A day later I received a call from Keith who advised that what I signed up for was not coaching. It was just software. I was bothered because the way it was set up, led me to believe it was the same. He even quoted in the marketing "I'll be there to coach you through it". So I advised Keith that I would check out the program because I had nothing to lose due to the policy. After going through the program, I did not feel like I got what I wanted. Especially for the price point. Throughout the time there was no communication from Keith's program or anything. And most of his material hadn't been updated since 2014. So I inquired about a refund. He advised that his refund policy is effort based and that I would have had to submit 10 offers a week and do 3 credibility packages. This totally conflicted his ad as his quote said "If you decide you don't like the info just call me and say Keith I want my money back and i'll gladly refund you". Also this program is for raising private money to do deals. Not getting deals. Submitting 10 offers has nothing to do with raising private money. And it's a reach.

Desired Outcome

Refund When i originally signed up, I did the 3-pay of $397. I made one payment and he agreed not to charge my card for the final two payments of $397. But this whole situation doesn't sit right with me. I've already spoken with a VP from ***. I feel that this whole process was deceptive. To offer a no-hassle 30-day money back guarantee then advise of a hassle of submitting 10 offers a week. Most newbies dont do 10 in a month. It's not right.

The response to this is very simple.

Our terms and conditions are very clear that when you sign up there are things you have to do in order to qualify for a refund.

Two of those things are making a credibility package and a investor package. Neither of those were shown to be done. Meaning this individual did not do one thing at all.

Even though the requirements were not fulfilled to be eligible for a refund, we still did not charge him for the remaining two payments. Which we were in our full right to be able to do.

We care deeply about the success of the people who go through our program. But we will not reward someone for doing nothing.

Our claim is simple. We believe our system works better than any other system out there, if you DO THE WORK. And if you do the work and it doesn't work for you we will happily give you a refund.

This gentleman did not do the work and took no accountability for not doing the work.

Honestly if he spent as much time working the program as he did writing this long explanation to the Revdex.com he would have probably seen results.

So for anyone out there reading this to check us out. You will see this.

1. This is the only complaint we have ever had in the 7 years in business.
2. We do not reward people who do not do the work.
3. We hold our clients and students accountable to do what they say they will do.

If you are considering working with us and you are just an information collector, you will get the best information out there, but you will feel very out of place in a group of people who take action.

We believe that in order to change your life you have to take action. If you do not take action, you have no one to blame but yourself for not doing the work.

Have you noticed a theme here? In a world of everyone promising quick riches and making money while lying on a beach, we have taken a different track. We know it takes hard work to become successful.

Clearly this gentleman did not want to do the work and he wants to blame us for that. I cannot help this man. :(

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Keith mentions that two of the items needed were and investor packet and a credibility packet! Those were done! What he doesn't mention is that other item needed! 20-30 offers made (by a new investor..in 30 days)! That's not attainable for a new investor and is NOT mentioned in any of his advertising! At this point I've already moved on and don't desire a refund! I know a lot more now than I did then! I still have emails and vids of all the advertising I received from Keith. Anyone can watch them and see how deceptive they are! But again I moved on.
