Review: I called may **,2014 to purchase a washer and dryer right away they charged $1610. After several phones and when my merchandise would be delivered on June **,2014 they finally told me my washer was discontinued so I ordered a whole new set which was cheaper and they told me they would credit me right away the difference. It is now July *,2014 and no credit has been issued of $344. I have all the documents that state a credit and every time I call its a new excuse. I have never dealt with an unproffesional company such as prisco appliances.Desired Settlement: I would like the credit that is due to me and for them to stop making excuses and credit me my money back

Review: I purchased a Fisher & Paykel washing machine from [redacted] Appliances on September **, 2014.
1 month after the installation, we noticed that the machine was leaking water, and there was a pool of water on the floor around the machine. Since we had laminate wood flooring in the laundry room, the water spread instantly. We ripped out part of the flooring so we could stop any mold from growing and try and dry the area. I called the [redacted] of the company, [redacted], and did not get a response for a few days. I finally reached the office manager, [redacted] and she seemed concerned and was helpful getting my messages delivered to the [redacted]. They sent the same two people out that installed the machine a few days after that. The guys that came out, tried to tell us that the leak occurred because we didn't purchase new hoses which the recommended. We proceeded to show them the receipt that included payment for the NEW HOSES. Apparently when they installed the new hoses with the machine, they turned it too tight and cracked the washer inside. They put in a new washer, re-connected the hoses and tested it to see that there was not any leakage. I called [redacted] & emailed him asking him to come out and look at the flooring, as we felt it was [redacted]'s responsiblity to replace the flooring, since thier service guys caused the leak. A few days after they left, we noticed black mold growing on the wall, behind the machine and on a small piece of laminate flooring that was still on the floor near the wall. [redacted] finally came out to look at it and said that he "had a mold guy" and a "flooring guy" and would take care of it. Once again he sent the two service guys who had installed the machine, to deal with the mold. They basically just dumped bleach on the floor and left. Frankly I could of done that. He then asked me to price out new laminate to replace the old. I sent him an email with the measurements, photos and pricing of a similar, but actually cheaper flooring. He again said "his guys would take care of it". After numerous phone calls, I still have not heard from them. I have a laundry room with a cement floor that has been ripped up. We do not feel this is our responsibility to fix since this all resulted from the installation of the hoses. No one will return my phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a return phone call, and I would like Priso to replace the flooring that was ripped out due to the leak caused by the installation.
